Ask us about cloud-based bookkeeping packages. In particular, we recommend Iris OpenBooks (powered by FreeAgent). However, there are also other good packages eg Sage, KashFlow, Xero etc – because of all the competition it’s a win-win situation for users ! At Stuart Harris Associates, we now have a number of very happy clients using these packages.

And don’t stop there. There are other internet and cloud-based services which you should also be looking at. The technology is terrific and cheap too ! In particular, we strongly recommend online backup systems. They work safely and securely in the background backing up all your important business files. However, you may also wish to consider backing up personal data eg family photos and videos – how would you feel if you lost all these memories ?
