I am delighted to announce that Stuart Harris Associates was recently shortlisted (with two other firms) in the prestigious 2018 Iris Customer Awards. Our video (produced by the whizz-kids at Social Iceberg, and over 1,200 views) was up for Marketing Innovation Firm of the Year.
The photograph below is of me and the lovely Mrs H at Twickenham rugby ground, just before the awards dinner. We didn’t win, but given how high profile the event was, it was a major achievement to be short-listed in the top three. A big thank you again to Social Iceberg for producing our video, which is still getting lots of chuckles : May The Friendliness Be With You
And to top it off, I am also pleased to announce that I have been asked to write an article in the February 2019 edition of The Parliamentary Review. In fact, I was actually contacted by Sir Eric Pickles himself, probably as a result of my meeting with my local MP, Theresa Villiers.
Chaired by Sir Eric Pickles (former Conservative Communities Secretary) and Lord Blunkett (former Labour Home Secretary), The Parliamentary Review is a series of independent publications, which aims to share best practice among policy makers and business leaders.
Each of its editions focuses on a key governmental policy area, with a variety of organisations sharing personal insight alongside cabinet ministers, government agencies, associations and trade bodies.
By combining commentaries from award-winning journalists with innovative thinking from industry experts, The Parliamentary Review provides a comprehensive summary of the past year and a reliable template for the year to come.
All I can say is that I am extremely chuffed to be asked, and have just finished proof-reading the article with the Business Editor, George Salmon.
